Resources For English Language Learning
ETS provides a comprehensive suite of English Language Learning products and services, including the TOEFL® and TOEIC® tests, that encourage learning, assess progress and measure proficiency. Backed by years of research, our programs support teachers and decision makers and help individuals achieve academic, business and personal success with English-language proficiency.

Algebra End-of-Course Assessment
The Algebra End-of-Course Assessment is a multiple-choice test designed to determine whether students have learned the concepts, processes, and skills typically taught in first-year algebra. The assessment includes 50 multiple-choice items in 2 sections.
AP® — Advanced Placement Program®
The Advanced Placement Program® is a College Board program administered and operated by ETS. The AP® Program gives high school students an opportunity to take college-level courses and exams, and earn credit, advanced placement, or both for college.
CAHSEE — California High School Exit Examination
The California Department of Education (CDE) has chosen ETS to develop, administer and score the California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE). CAHSEE assesses if students who graduate from high school can demonstrate grade level competency in the state content standards for reading, writing and mathematics.
CELLA — Comprehensive English Language Learning Assessment
CELLA is a 4-skill language proficiency assessment that provides evidence of program accountability in accordance with Title III of the No Child Left Behind Act; data for charting student progress; information about the language proficiency of students or potential students in ESL or bilingual education programs; and diagnostic information about students' strength and weakness in English.
